Pastor Overall was accepted the call of God at the age of 20yrs old. He was licensed by the UCCMA and ordained by God. He’s served for several years in the youth ministry and has been pastoring for over 25 years. He has never lost his love for the youth in our community and has a passion for the mission field both at home and abroad. God has proven and confirmed His word thru signs and wonders. He believes and knows that God is still a miracle worker and ” With God all things are possible….” He is married to Cynthia who supports and upholds him in the ministry and has 2 children.

He currently pastors Outreach Christian Fellowship which is a Non Denominational Holy Ghost filled and loving church in Louisville, Ky. LG TV FEATURES Dr. Frank M. Smith Jr

dr-frank-m-smith-jrDr. Frank M. Smith, Jr. is the founding Senior Pastor of Christ’s Church for Our Community, Louisville, KY since January, 2000. He previously served as the Minister for the Newburg Church of Christ, Louisville, KY for seven years. Dr. Smith is a graduate of Freed-Hardeman University with degrees in Theology and General Communications, and has a Master of Science degree in Management (Summa Cum Laude) from Indiana Wesleyan University. He has also received a Doctor of Divinity degree.

Smith began preaching at 13, conducted radio ministry in Louisville for over 20 years, has pastored for over 22 years, and has preached in more than 25 states. In addition to his Pastoral Ministry, Dr. Smith gives administrative leadership as the Executive Vice President of Simmons College of Kentucky since 2007 and most recently led the College’s Committee on Accreditation Preparation which after an 8-year process ultimately prepared Simmons to be fully accredited by the Association for Biblical Higher Education (ABHE) on February 19, 2014.
From 2009 to 2014, Dr. Smith served as the President of Louisville’s Interdenominational Ministerial Coalition, which focuses on educational attainment, economic development, social justice and Kingdom building efforts among the Christian faith community of Louisville.

Pastor Frank has served on the Mayor’s Transition Team, is a 3-term member of Louisville’s Workforce Investment Board (KentuckianaWorks), and is respected throughout Louisville for his rigorous community engagement, involvement, and leadership. He serves as Chaplain for his Father-in-law’s funeral home, Perryman’s Mortuary. Pastor Frank also served for three years on the Continuation Committee of the North American Christian Convention.

He is happily married to Theresia L. Smith since October 2002, and nurtures one son, Jayson.
Pastor Smith strives to live a motto befitting that of the Apostle Paul, as found in 1 Corinthians 9:22, “I am made all things to all men that I might by all means save some.”

LG TV FEATURED PASTOR CHARLES TOAKESSE

Charles PixCharles Toakesse is a native of the Ivory Coast in West Africa. He is married with 4 children (Angel 21, Marie Esther 19, Marie Faith 15 and Charles Abraham 8).               Charles came to the Lord at the age of 18. He is called to take the Kingdom Influence Message and Lifestyle to the nations as an Ambassador of Christ. He fluently speaks French and English. Charles Toakesse is ordained in the ministry of the Gospel of Jesus Christ under the leadership of Bishop Moses Foyah, President of Living Water Fellowship International. Prior to his mission in the United States, Charles was the National Director of the LIVING WATER MINISTRIES, a work dedicated to make Disciples and win souls through interdenominational Bible Training Centers. Under his leadership 15 Bible Training Centers were opened throughout the nation of Ivory Coast in West Africa and more than 5000 students were trained. Some of his former students are now serving the Lord in Africa and other parts of the world. Charles was also the Senior Pastor of the World Changers Mission Church in Abidjan the Capital City. Five churches were birthed from that work.

Charles Toakesse and his family presently live in Louisville Kentucky.  He worked with different churches and Ministries such as:  Jacob’s Well Church International, First Alliance Church, The International Christian Center, The Kingdom of God Tabernacle, The Fountain of Faith Christian Center, Encountering the World of Islam, and many more.

Regarding his new assignment covering North American nations, Charles founded The KINGDOM EMBASSY TO ALL NATIONS (KEAN), a ministry dedicated to Mission work and to Training Kingdom Ambassadors to impact their nations for Christ.  To fulfill that Heavenly Vision, He launched in March 31th, 2012 The KINDGOM TRAINING CENTER for all those desiring to fulfill their destinies in the Kingdom of God. Many Christ’s Ambassadors have already graduated from that School.
